Develop and maintain operational systems that support program efficiency, communication, and accountability.

Ensure the organization remains compliant with nonprofit regulations and best practices.

Financial Management
Work closely with the ED and bookkeeper to manage the organizational budget and financial planning.

Prepare grant submissions, fundraising events and oversee grant tracking, reporting, and compliance - including management of donor software.

Community Engagement
Represent the organization in coalitions, public forums, and policy meetings.

Support advocacy campaigns through stakeholder engagement, outreach events, educational initiatives.

Build and maintain relationships with conservation advocacy partners, agencies, and local communities.

Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Must be detail oriented.

Experience with social media and communications.

Ability to hit the ground running and work both independently and collaboratively in a small, nimble team.
