Winter Wildlands Alliance is seeking an energetic and organized policy wonk who loves human-powered winter recreation and cares deeply about public land conservation and sustainable winter access. At least 6 years of experience in environmental advocacy, public policy, conservation, and/or public lands issues is required.

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience), plus a generous benefits package.

Applications will be accepted through June 18, 2025, or until the position is filled. Interviews will be held in June with the goal of filling this position by July 2025.
