Position Summary
WRA is seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Administrative Assistant that is passionate about Western communities and the protection of the natural environment to perform administrative and general office duties - in a friendly, effective and efficient manner - to support the smooth functioning of the office and WRA's mission. The Administrative Assistant reports to WRA's Vice President of Finance and Administration.

The position is located in WRA's Boulder, Colorado, office.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the Vice President of Finance and Administration by assisting with various administrative duties and coordinating special projects;
- Assist the Office Administrator with daily office administrative tasks including helping to coordinate and set-up meetings, conferences, and special events;
- Layout and file media clips and update media database;
- Scan and enter documents into development database;
- Run errands, such as purchasing office supplies, meeting supplies, refreshments, mailing packages, etc.;
- Update staff mailboxes;
- Assist WRA staff with various projects;
- Monitor kitchen, conference rooms, and other common areas, and keep them clean and organized;
- Monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the exterior of building, report issues to Office Administrator and/or Vice President of Finance & Administration;
- Monitor parking lot and alert Office Administrator and/or Vice President of Finance & Administration of parking violations and update approved parking list as needed;
- Assist WRA staff with various office needs such as moving items, assembling furniture, etc.; and
- Other tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications
- At least 1-year of administrative office experience;
- Skill in working with Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Word and Excel;
- Proficient with computers and general office equipment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Exceptional time management skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
- Some small amount of travel may be required;
- Reliable;
- Great attitude and be comfortable with changing duties and responsibilities; and
- Passion for conserving and protecting our natural environment.

Hours, Salary, and Benefits
Part-time, non-exempt position, for 20 hours per week at $12.75 per hour. Benefits: Generous vacation leave, sick leave, paid holidays, RTD EcoPass, option to enroll in WRA's 401(k) retirement plan, and paid sabbatical leave after 5 years.
